Needs some updating

best part is the shared swimming pool with Grand Bella ... the hotel is old but the staff was nice and cleaned my room every day unless I didn't want cleaning... they provided 2 bottles of drinking water every day

wood doors between rooms alow noice from neighbors... mostly indians that come to Thailand to party

Fine and cheap place to stay overall. no luxery whatsoever, but worth it

The pool area and the kids play room was great. always space around the pool/roof

The check-in / check out personel was a bit rude. there was noice from an emergencydoor slamming every minute during the night. people where playing loud music in their rooms every night and no one did anything about it. Breakfast could need an upgrade

Swimming pool and breakfast super. All very clean.

The hotel was very loud. A lot of Indian people stay inside and they are all time very loudly. Doors open stay on the floor and phone and also meeting every time outside the room. I never want to stay this hotel.

Disappointing.

All pretty good, except no internet.

Advertised free Wi-Fi but my room didn't have it (I have to have internet for work). Asked for a room change, reception said no. They said they would send someone to fix the router. They did, HOORAY, internet works! 15 minutes later, no internet again. Same procedure. This time it lasted for less than 10 minutes. Checked out two nights early, asked for a refund, they said no because I'd paid Booking.com and not them. So ....

Wonderful

All the staff were very helpful and courteous during our stay

Some people wearing underwear in the pool instead of proper attire,was particularly off putting,especially when children were present,groups of Indian guys shouting at the top of their voices and acting like children with little or no respect for other guests around them,

Never stay again

Had to change rooms after 1 night bed so hard mossies wifi way below standard tv cuts in and out every 20 seconds shower in bath and base was unstable was an altercation in carpark at midnight went and seen staff to call police went on for hours screaming and yelling and staff was rude and did nothing

I won’t be back here again.

Nothing.

Every morning they have the same breakfast. Every night people were talking and makeing loud noises. Some days around 2-3 am there was fighting in the morning people had a fight and nobody come and stop them. So security was poor. The room very different from what we saw on internet. The swimming pool, it’s not clean and big enough for a swimming pool. My cousin got an allergic reaction after swimming in the pool.

Nothing good except their wide parking area and checking out which took just for few minute

The price is way much higher than its quality. Room is small, bath tub and toilet is small, check in took so long, towels are old... Far from the walking street.

Location of the hotel Good, Breakfast very good with lots of variety.

Not comfortable for family no wardrobe in room. Room very basic and outdated. Bathroom is small and becomes smelly for long time

Pool area was kept clean. The room cleaning staff were friendly and did a good job.

Front of house staff seem grumpy and un commicative compared to other hotels i have stayed in. Main reception very drab and in need of paintwork. Towels for bathroom not really up to standard old and grimy.

It was a comfortable stay with good Indian breakfast option.

Hotel provides excellent Indian Buffet Breakfast Options like (Upma, Dosa, Chole, Puri, Kichadi, Idali, Indian Tea etc.). My family was very much satisfied with breakfast, free water & coffee throughout the day. Swimming Pool was also very good. Everything was good except room should have Iron & Iron Board as extra amenities.

We booked two rooms for three nights but Check In timings are very rigid & staff at reception was very rude to talk to guests specially Receptionist (Male) in the evening. Internet was also very slow and disconnects every now and then.

Indian breakfast but not so good service

Place was somewhat close to beach road although not so close. Breakfast was having indian food and good choices of dishes.

Room deposit for key was there and it was higher side. I asked for empty plate and they asked to deposit money for that also. Their shuttle services keeps you waiting and will roam other hotels also.Staff was not so helpful and not courteous.

Hotel staff friendly and staff tried to keep hotel and rooms clean. Would stay elsewhere.

Swimming pool and bar good addition.

Rooms and decor of building needs attention. Hotel full of Indians, should limit and have equal share of nationalities.
